Good Day Morning Mesa Community!
The HOA is seeking a Volunteer to help serve the Board of Directors. The Volunteer would need to be available to meet monthly on the Second Wednesday evening's of every month for Board Meetings. They will Participate on Monthly Community Walkthroughs and Inspections, and also be able to communicate via email as our major form of communication to handle Community Business. Currently we have only two Directors, and they need the support of a third individual to properly conduct Community Business.
The HOA is also seeking Rules & Regulations Committee Volunteers to help review and recommend updates to the current Community Rules & Regulations. Some language currently written is over 20+ years old and not modern in content. We would love to have community input on rules that they would like to see enforced, removed, or at least updated with newer modern verbiage.
