PRETEST REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to swim 300 yards continuously frontcrawl or breaststroke.
•Must be able to swim 20 yards, pick up a 10lb brick in 10-12ft of water, resurface, and swim 20-yards back to the starting point.
•Must be at least 15 years old
Join our Lifeguard Prep classes at Utah Pool to work on these and other necessary skills to become a lifeguard.
